It’s all well and good to learn a smattering of useful Spanish words, but surely you learn better in a hands-on environment? Makes sense to get out and have some beers and tacos in the closest thing we have to Mexico — Denver. I don’t know, that makes sense to me somehow.
Field Trip #1 consisted of beers and micheladas at Cerveceria Colorado, tacos at Dos Santos, and then a few more Mexican-inspired beers at Cheluna Brewing.
